With years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, as well as a deep understanding of ADHD, Maria Soledad is committed to helping women discover their zone of genius and live life fully. She supports women in overcoming obstacles and achieving their best lives through personalized, strength-based strategies that foster sustainable growth, well-being, and empowerment.
Her journey into motherhood and later into perimenopause and hormonal imbalance deeply shaped her approach to coaching. Having personally navigated the challenges of finding the right care and support during these transitions, Maria Soledad is passionate about helping women address their unique health needs and find the guidance and resources they deserve.

Sonia Taylor, NP, NCMP Sonia Taylor is a Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Menopause Practitioner with The Menopause Society, dedicated to supporting women through the transformative journey of perimenopause and menopause. With over 20 years of experience in women’s health, she brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to helping women manage symptoms, restore balance, and feel empowered in midlife and beyond.
Sonia is passionate about bringing high-quality menopause care to women who have historically lacked access to it. She believes all women deserve to feel heard, informed, and supported as they navigate this stage of life. Her goal is to break down barriers to care, normalize conversations around menopause, and provide personalized treatment plans that meet each woman where she is.
She also specializes in obesity medicine, offering sustainable strategies for weight and metabolic health — recognizing how these challenges often intersect during the menopausal transition.
Sonia earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Pace University in New York City and is licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the Extended Class through the College of Nurses of Ontario. She began her career at McMaster University and has delivered care in labour and delivery, gynecologic oncology, neonatal ICU, pediatric emergency, mental health, primary care and obesity mangement. Alexis Williams is a registered dietitian with over 20 years’ experience, helping women live active, healthy, and fulfilling lives. She has worked across the health sector, and brings a broad array of experience to help women feel their best through the perimenopause and menopause years. She has a diploma in sports nutrition from the International Olympic Committee and has worked with athletes at both high-level sport as well as recreational.
Alexis is an avid athlete, having competed in endurance sport since her 20s, but more recently has been focused on strength training and working out for enjoyment and longevity.
